We have been closely monitoring the news of coronavirus (COVID-19) and are saddened to witness the stories of all who have been affected. Our hearts go out to them. The virus has placed us in a difficult position as it has yet to show any sign of slowing it’s spread within the United States. After careful discussion, we have decided to postpone our 16th Annual National Diversity & Leadership Conference. There will be new dates very soon.

While this was in no way an easy decision to make, the health and safety of our conference attendees remains our top priority. We are confident that this year's conference will remain a success despite this unprecedented concern.

Awardee Status
Your recipient status for the award is still in place. However, if you cannot attend the new conference dates, please let us know.

Registrations
Guests who have registered for the conference will have their registration applied to the new conference dates. Feel free to contact [email protected] with any questions regarding registration.

Reservations
If you need to cancel your reservation at the Marriott Marquis Houston, you will receive a full refund as long as you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation date. Please click here to manage your reservation.

Sponsorship
We greatly appreciate your support. Your sponsorship will be applied to the new conference date. Please contact Jackson Sophat at [email protected] with any additional questions regarding sponsorship.

Speakers
Due to the possible schedule changes that will come with moving the conference, some speaking opportunities may be altered. Once the schedule is finalized, we will be sending out the available speaking opportunities to continue slotting speakers. Anyone who has already been slotted will keep their speaking position unless otherwise notified or potential schedule conflicts.
