Welcome to the Moderators Application Page! Moderators play a vital role in guiding panel discussions and breakout sessions, facilitating meaningful engagement among speakers and attendees. Moderators will have the opportunity to select session title, date, and time. Responsibilities include managing a panel of 3-4 speakers, overseeing session timing, and handling audience Q&As. Moderators are also expected to meet with the speakers prior to the conference to prepare and ensure each speaker has selected their questions to be addressed during the session. Ideal candidates have experience in public speaking, time management and a talent for creating welcoming, productive environments.

Please note that moderators are required to register for the conference and will not receive monetary compensation, as this is a volunteer role dedicated to fostering impactful conversations at this influential event.
