Dr. Melissa Maceyko (she/her) is an experienced educator and researcher with degrees in Political Science, Linguistics, and Anthropology. Dr. Maceyko has conducted research on the role that understandings of identity, such as gender and sexuality, play in political access, engagement, leadership, and advertising in the United States and abroad. Her current writing project focuses on the role that interpersonal conversations play in effective social change and political action. Seeking to make academic work more applicable and accessible, Dr. Maceyko writes and speaks for popular as well as academic audiences and has organized multiple public education forums on topics ranging from environmental justice to abolition. Her focus on allyship has been driven by her research, teaching, and organizing experiences. In addition to her role at the Center for Allyship, she serves as a professor in the Anthropology and Linguistics departments at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). Dr. Maceyko is also active in a number of professional organizations, most recently serving as a member of the California State Diversity and Public Policy committees for the American Association of University Women and as Co-Chair of the CSULB President’s Commission on the Status of Women. Through these positions she has created and delivered inclusivity and allyship trainings for a wide range of audiences. Drawing from her academic and research expertise, Dr. Maceyko has developed a unique language-centered approach to diversity and inclusion and allyship training.

Dr. Paul Jantzi has spent the last 17+ years serving the south central Texas region as an allergist. He is board certified in allergy and immunology with prior specialty training in pediatrics and internal medicine. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Texas A&M College of Medicine and Health Science Center. Dr. Jantzi did his undergraduate studies at Wichita State University and worked for several years as an engineer at Johnson Space Center outside of Houston. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, and completed a combined residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. He then completed a three year fellowship in allergy and immunology at UTMB - Galveston. On a personal note, Dr. Jantzi enjoys working out, racing cars, hunting, and participating in outdoor sports.

Tamika Baker is a c-suite executive who has a passion for leadership development, culture transformation and strategy. Most currently, she served as Chief Risk and Responsibility Officer for Regional Management, where she built out the organization's first ESG and corporate responsibility program. Additionally, her leadership led to the implementation of the organization's first ERM program and the creation of an automated repository leveraged for strategic planning. Prior to joining Regional, Tamika spent five years as the Chief Strategy Officer for Firstmark Credit Union where she led the marketing, risk management, and cyber security teams, while spearheading strategic planning and product development initiatives for the organization. Tamika is honored to be a speaker for various leadership conferences, and was recognized as one of National Diversity's Power50 honorees in 2022 and 2023 (https://power50.org/2023). Her leadership mantra is: “If serving is beneath you, then leadership is beyond you.”

His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including advising governments on green energy policy, facilitating domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, and capital markets transactions. The total value of transactions he's advised on exceeds a staggering $140 billion. In his current role, he additionally manages a debt portfolio exceeding $50 billion. Prior to joining Mizuho Securities, Mr. Barcot held leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, HSBC, and Credit Suisse First Boston, demonstrating a proven track record of success across multiple top-tier financial institutions. He further brings a unique perspective gained through his entrepreneurial ventures, having founded Exxel Energy Group and Archer Petroleum, both focused on exploration and production within North America.
