Congratulations on your award! All conference awards are determined by a set of criteria that speak to the impact and influence you and your organization are making related to the award category. What does the recognition include?
The recognition includes participation in your awards ceremony, a photo opportunity with other awardees, and a potential photo opportunity with the keynote speaker. Awardees will also receive public recognition through social media posts by the National Diversity & Leadership Conference.
Are travel and accommodations covered for awardees?

The 2024 National Diversity & Leadership Conference is a place for extraordinary idea exchange and networking opportunities related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Conference attendees include leaders and decision-makers from a variety of industries. With various sessions, workshops, and featured speakers that cover a wide range of topics, you can adapt your experience for optimal learning. From understanding how to be a better leader and creating a better workplace to embracing Multiculturalism and Diversity, there is something here for you.

The National Diversity & Leadership Conference, founded by Dennis Kennedy, is in its 20th year and is operated by Diversity First.

The National Diversity & Leadership Conference attracts a wide variety of leaders and professionals from organizations across industries including technology, financial services, entertainment, media/communications, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, retail, and professional services as well as federal, state and local government agencies
What are the main objectives of the NDLC?
To create a space for idea exchange, learning and networking that ultimately advances DEI in the workplace.
What types of sessions and workshops can I expect at the conference?
The conference features more than 50 breakout sessions, workshops and keynote sessions that will inspire and inform conference participants.

Is there a conference app or online platform for attendees to connect with each other?
Yes, we have a National Diversity & Leadership Conference app. You will be sent information two weeks prior to the conference about how to download and navigate the app.
What safety measures are being implemented at the NDLC in light of COVID-19?
The conference will follow local guidelines for health and safety measures related to COVID-19. Sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the conference breakout rooms.
What accommodations are available for participants coming from out of town?

Will there be any virtual attendance options for those unable to travel?
No, not this year.
