With a proven track record of establishing three inaugural Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) offices, she has developed comprehensive strategic plans, built robust infrastructures, and implemented metrics to foster inclusive and accountable environments in prestigious institutions such as The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Frederick Health, The University of Texas Medical Branch, and Ann &#038; Robert H. Lurie Children&#8217;s Hospital of Chicago.<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <pee>She is a former adjunct faculty member at Houston Community College and Radford University, as well as a contributing writer for *DiversityCentral.com*. Ad\u00e9ola\u2019s exceptional work has earned her numerous accolades, including the Top 100 Diversity Officers award, Top 100 Under 50 Executive Leaders Diversity MBA award, Texas ERG Award, DiversityFIRST\u2122 Corporate Commitment Award and the Daniel Johnston Industrial\/Organizational Psychology Award.<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <pee>Beyond her professional achievements, Ad\u00e9ola actively engages in civic leadership. She served on the board of directors for the National Society to Prevent Blindness, the Illinois Hospital Association Committee on Health Disparities, and the Executive Board of the National Black MBA Association-Houston Chapter. She has also been an Advisory Board Member for the Texas Diversity Council.<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <pee>Ad\u00e9ola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Windsor and a Master of Science in Industrial\/Organizational Psychology from Radford University.
