After conducting a demographic analysis of some of the biggest sectors represented in the Fortune 500, like finance, technology, and healthcare, we would like to recognize corporate leaders who demonstrate exceptional leadership and commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within their organizations and communities.

Criteria

  • Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to implementing inclusive practices and policies that address systemic barriers and promote equity and fairness for individuals from underrepresented groups
  • Candidates should actively engage in advocacy efforts to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion both within their organizations and in the broader community
